Welcome! We are very pleased that you have chosen Legal Twin: Case Knowledge. To ensure a smooth start, we have put together a short guide for you.
You will receive an email from us with your individual data, which you need to use Legal Twin: Case Knowledge.
With these, we first set a password for your STP.one user account, log in with it, and then establish the connection between Legal Twin: Case Knowledge and your individual Advoware account.
1. Setting your Stp.one password
Once you have received our onboarding email, you can set your password before our joint onboarding appointment.
IMPORTANT: To be done per user!
To do this, open the following link in your browser:
https://common.stp-cloud.de/myaccount/#/passwordreset
You will find the information about the tenant and the email address of your user account in the onboarding email. Enter these and request the link.
You will then receive an email with a link through which you can set your password:

2. Logging in via the Advoware Browser
After you have successfully set your password, you can now log in to Legal Twin.
In this window, you need to log in again. You can save your login data by checking the "Remember login data" checkbox.
With another click on "stpLegal Twin" in Advoware, you can now access Legal Twin: Case Knowledge.
3. Establishing the connection between Legal Twin and your Advoware account
In the following steps, you will establish the connection between your own Advoware account and Legal Twin.
There, Legal Twin must first be granted access to "STP.Documents.Store" by clicking "Allow access".
Then the permissions must be confirmed by clicking "Yes, allow".
In the final step, please use the following data:
- Kanzleikennung: You received your Kanzleikennung in the initial email from us
- Database: ADVOWARE (Standard) or possibly your own designation (the database name is always written in all caps)
- Username: Please use your employee abbreviation from Advoware

Password: Please use your employee online services password.
This was assigned in the employee management in Advoware. Use the same password here as for other products connected to Advoware, e.g., advoware mobile.
If you have forgotten your Advoware online services password, it must be reset. Please follow this guide in Advoware. Please note that you will need to log in again to all systems where you also use these user credentials (e.g., advoware mobile).
After entering the data, it must be confirmed by clicking on "Grant Access." This completes the onboarding, and files can be analyzed and viewed.
You can now access Legal Twin: Case Knowledge via the "Recently Opened Case."
