Important Information on Transym OCR Order

Am I affected?

If Transym OCR (TOCR) was ordered through the Transym webshop or if there are plans to order TOCR in the near future, the current changes in the ordering process are relevant. This is not stp.one's own webshop, but the Transym webshop, which is currently not functioning.

What does this mean for me?

Currently, it is not possible to purchase a new license through Transym. Instead, you encounter a non-functioning ordering process that displays an error message.

Why is the ordering process not working?

What is Transym doing to solve the problem?

  • Transym is actively seeking a new webshop solution.
  • The goal is to find a new solution by the end of February. However, there is no guarantee that this timeline will be met.

What does stp.one recommend to solve the problem?

  • In the meantime, orders can be sent via email with company information and order details to "support@transym.com".
  • Please note that processing may be slow due to manual processes at Transym.

  • stp.one has no business connections with Transym, MyCommerce, or RiverSide.
  • We have already reached out to Transym to expedite a solution for our customers.

What further actions is stp.one planning to avoid similar issues?

We are already working on alternative solutions to avoid dependency on the mentioned providers or other third parties.
