When you book a service through the stp.one appointment booking page, the following costs will be charged.

Customers with Update Service Contract

For customers who have booked our update service, the update will be carried out free of charge.

Customers without Update Service Contract

Based on Actual Effort

For all bookings, billing is based on the actual time spent (hourly rate = €190.00). Services provided via remote access are billed in 0.25-hour increments.

For the appointment scheduled as part of this offer, we charge a minimum duration of 1 hour for Winsolvenz, Lexolution, and Documents.

The agreed fee is subject to any taxes required by law (such as VAT or similar taxes). The terms of the contract between the parties and its attachments apply, as well as the STP General Terms and Conditions (GTC). Our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) are available at the following link: https://www.stp.one/en-us/agb.

By booking an appointment, you agree to the GTC and acknowledge their applicability to the contract.
