Customers with Update Service Contract

For customers who have subscribed to our update service, the update will be carried out free of charge.

Customers without Update Service Contract

Based on Actual Effort

For all bookings, billing is based on the actual effort (hourly rate = €190.00). Services via remote access are billed in 0.25-hour increments.

For the appointment scheduled as part of this offer, we charge a minimum duration of 1 hour.

The agreed compensation is subject to any taxes that must be considered according to legal regulations (sales tax or comparable taxes). The terms of the contract concluded between the contracting parties and its attachments apply, as well as the general terms and conditions (GTC) of STP. By booking an appointment, you agree to the GTC and acknowledge their applicability to the contract.
