Managing Users in the stp.one Cloud User Management
User administration is an essential part of user management.
You can access the administration for managing users as follows: stp.one Cloud User Management - Users
Alternatively, you can also access the area via your custom URL: https://YOURDOMAIN.stp-cloud.de/usermanagement/#/users
User Overview
On the homepage of the user area, you get an overview of all existing users in your environment:
Editing a User
Editing a user may be necessary for various reasons.
The dialog offers you the ability to edit a variety of information, including: - Email address - First & Last name - Password change - Group assignment - Lock user
You can confirm the changes made by clicking Save.
Creating a New User
You can create new users by selecting the New User button.
Enter all relevant information and confirm by clicking Save.
Deleting a User
Deleting users is possible by selecting the Trash button.
Reset Password
If a user forgets their password, you can trigger a Password Reset email from the administrative management.
