When you book a service through the stp.one appointment booking page, the following costs will be charged.
Flat Rates
Service flat rate for the installation of the Advoware Loyalty Edition OR Smart & Protect Upgrade / add-on modules
- 1-5 users: €499 flat rate
- 6-12 users: €799 flat rate
- More than 12 users: billed based on effort at €150/hour
When booking a 1-hour appointment for 'User Setup RZ Terra', billing is done as a flat rate of €99.
When booking a 0.5-hour appointment for the Mindtime Update, billing is done as a flat rate of €75.
When booking an appointment for Adjusting invoice file formats and letterheads, billing is done as a flat rate of €89.00.
Based on Actual Effort
For all other services, billing is based on the actual time spent (daily rate = 8 hours: €1,200.00). Services provided via remote access are billed in 0.25-hour increments.
The agreed fee is subject to any taxes required by law (such as VAT or similar taxes). The terms of the contract between the parties and its attachments apply, as well as the STP General Terms and Conditions (GTC). Our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) are available at the following link: https://www.stp.one/en-us/agb.
By booking an appointment, you agree to the GTC and acknowledge their applicability to the contract.
