When you book a service through the stp.one appointment booking page, the following costs will be charged.

Customers with an Updateservice PLUS Contract

For customers who have booked an Updateservice contract, the update will be carried out free of charge.

Customers without an Updateservice Contract

Based on Actual Time Spent

All services are billed based on the actual time spent (hourly rate = €150.00). Services provided via remote access are billed in 0.25 hour increments.

The agreed fee is exclusive of any taxes that may be applicable under statutory regulations (such as VAT or similar taxes). The terms of the contract and its attachments between the contracting parties apply, as well as the STP General Terms and Conditions (GTC). Our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) are available at the following link: https://www.stp.one/en-us/agb.

By booking an appointment, you agree to the GTC and acknowledge their applicability to the contract.
