Concurrent licenses are always managed through session files in the user profile. These session files are created when a concurrent license is available and free at program start, and they are removed when the program is closed (thus releasing the concurrent license).
You can find these session files at the following locations:
winsolvenz
%localappdata%\ClientFiles\session.p3
Documents
%localappdata%\STP.Ecm.Application\session.lex
When the program is closed, the session files should not be present. Session files with a date from the previous day (or older) or with a file size of 0 KB indicate a previous technical issue.
Solution:
Delete these files and let the program recreate them.
Note:
Concurrent licenses are only assigned when all permanently assigned user licenses have been allocated.
