The Document Collector is integrated into the Windows service STP LEXolution.DMS Server.
It automatically and regularly imports documents from a specified directory structure (document intake) into STP Documents at defined intervals.
The documents are
- placed in the inbox if tasks are assigned to them
- directly assigned to files, folders, and registers and provided with document data.
The Document Collector can be configured through the office settings in the standard DESK under "Collector" and can also be manually started or deactivated/activated.
