Here's how to exit STP Documents:
Left-click on "Application" > "Exit" in the main menu.
Click the Yes button to confirm.
Ongoing Tasks
If there are background processes running that cannot be terminated when exiting the application, you will receive the following message:

Ongoing Tasks The application cannot be exited because the following tasks cannot be automatically terminated:
Show Tasks button Do Not Exit button |
Note
Do not exit STP Documents via the Task Manager while this message is displayed. Exiting through the Task Manager will result in the loss of all unsaved changes.
Once all ongoing background processes are completed, the messages will automatically close and STP Documents will exit.
Show Tasks button
opens the "Ongoing Tasks" window. Here, all currently running background processes are displayed. Click the stop icon to terminate a background process.
Note
The stop icon is disabled if the process cannot be terminated.
Do Not Exit button
cancels the exit of STP Documents.
