Manage Task Templates

Task templates can be used to create tasks.

To manage task templates, please follow these steps:

  • Start managing task templates.

  • Click on the Manage Task Templates button.

    The "Manage Task Templates" window will open.

Create Folder

  • Open the "Manage Task Templates" window.
  • Select the Office folder or the folder under which you want to create a new folder.
  • In the "Available Task Templates" area, click the New Folder button.
  • Change the name of the folder.

Rename Folder

  • Open the "Manage Task Templates" window.
  • Select the folder you want to rename.
  • Press the [F2] key.
  • Enter a new folder name.

Delete Folder

  • Open the "Manage Task Templates" window.
  • Select the folder you want to delete.
  • Right-click and select "Delete Folder" from the context menu.

Create Task Template

  • Open the "Manage Task Templates" window.
  • Select the folder in the "Available Task Templates" area where you want to place the new task template.
  • Click the New Template button.
  • Change the name of the task template.
  • Enter any text in the Task Text input field.
  • Click the Save button.

Edit Task Template

  • Open the "Manage Task Templates" window.
  • Select the folder in the "Available Task Templates" area where the task template you want to edit is located.
  • Select the task template you want to edit.
  • Right-click to open the context menu and choose "Rename Template".
  • Enter a name for the task template.
  • Click the Save button.

Rename Task Template

  • Open the "Manage Task Templates" window.
  • Select the folder in the "Available Task Templates" area where the task template you want to edit is located.
  • Select the task template you want to edit.
  • Right-click to open the context menu and choose "Rename Template".
  • Enter a Task Text for the task template in the lower half of the window.
  • Click the Save button.

Delete Task Template

  • Open the "Manage Task Templates" window.
  • Select the folder in the "Available Task Templates" area where the task template you want to delete is located.
  • Select the task template you want to delete.
  • Right-click to open the context menu and choose "Delete Template".
