In the "LEXolution.DMS Import" window, you can drag and drop files from the Windows file system and emails and email attachments from Microsoft Outlook. These will be imported into STP Documents and can be tagged with case, folder, and document data.
In a remote desktop session, drag-and-drop import cannot be used. Microsoft does not support drag-and-drop from the local computer to these remote system environments.
You must run all applications (including Windows Explorer) from which you want to drag and drop objects within the remote desktop.

Use the import functions of the controls, as their import window makes it easier to edit document data.
