The STP Management Console must already be installed and configured. To start the STP Management Console, follow these steps:

Open the STP Management Console by double-clicking the "STP Management Console" shortcut on the Windows desktop.
Windows Server 2008, Windows 7, and Windows Vista user control requires your consent to start the STP Management Console.
If the logged-in Windows user is not a local administrator, you need to log in as a local administrator.
In the main menu, click Tools > Log In … > Administrator.
Enter the password for the user STPAdmin.
The "Administrative Tasks" section will be expanded to include "License Manager", "Database Tool", and "Server Update".
Click the Close button.
The "STP Management Console" window will close.
