No matter how your STP Documents interface is designed, you'll find the main menu at the top left of the main window.
The main menu of STP Documents includes the following menu items:
Click on the menu items to open their respective drop-down menus; you can select the displayed options with a mouse click.
The following sections describe these menu items and their sub-options.
The Menu Items
The "Application" Menu Item
Click on the "Application" menu item to open a drop-down menu with the following options:

"Personal settings F9":
opens the "Personal settings" window. Alternatively, press the [F9] key.

"Firm settings Alt+F9": opens the "Firm settings" window. Alternatively, press the [Alt]+[F9] key combination.
To access the firm settings, you must be assigned to the Administrators group or log in with the role of System, Specialist, or Document Administrator. If the user logged into STP Documents does not have one of these roles, a login dialog will appear. Log in with a user assigned one of these roles.
As a user with the role of File Administrator, you cannot access the firm settings. To change the numbering of register structure templates, the user must also be assigned one of the roles mentioned above.

"Address Book EGVP":
opens the "Address Book EGVP" window. Here, you can enter the user ID and address data for the electronic court and administration mailbox [EGVP]. The user ID and name fields are required.

"Exit":
closes the "Standard DESK" window, the application, and the sidebar.
The x button only closes the sidebar window or the Standard DESK window. The application will only exit when both windows are closed. Through the main menu "Application" > "Exit", both windows will close immediately, and the application will exit.
The "Documents" Menu Item
Click on the "Documents" menu item to open a drop-down menu with the following options:

"Import F11":
opens the "Import Documents" window. Alternatively, press the [F11] key.

"Refresh Document List F6":
refreshes the document list. Alternatively, press the [F6] key.

"Advanced Search … F10":
opens the "Advanced Search" window. Alternatively, press the [F10] key.

"Edit Document Data … F2":
Select the desired documents in the document list and click on this option to open the "Edit Document Data" window. You can also use the [F2] key for this.
The options
"Create Debtor Claim"
"Create Mass Claim"
"Show Procedure"

"Letter in winsolvenz"
are disabled if the selected document in the document list is not assigned to a file of the Winsolvenz type.

"Show Debtor Claim"
Select the desired document in the document list and click on this option to open the "Assets/Debtor" window in winsolvenz. The document must be assigned the participant function Debtor and an invoice number.

"Create Mass Claim"
Select the desired document in the document list and click on this option to open the "Creditor/Mass" window in winsolvenz. The document must be assigned the participant function Creditor and an invoice number.
Select the desired document in the document list and click on "Edit Document Data" in the context menu or press the [F2] key to open the "Edit Document Data" window. In the "Details" step, you can enter the invoice number in the "Invoice Information" section.

"Show Procedure"
Select the desired documents in the document list and click on this option to display the procedure for the selected document in winsolvenz.

"Letter in winsolvenz"
Select the desired documents from the document list and click on this option to start the "Letter Manager" window in winsolvenz.
The "Tasks and Notes" Menu Item

Which options are available (colored icons) depends on which element is selected on the desktop or in the document list.
Click on the "Tasks and Notes" menu item to open a drop-down menu with the following options:

"New Single Task Ctrl+F1":
opens the "Create New Single Task" window. Alternatively, press the shortcut [Ctrl]+[F1].

"New Task List Ctrl+F2":
opens the "Start Task List" window. Alternatively, press the shortcut [Ctrl]+[F2].
-
"New Note Ctrl+F3":
opens the "Create New Note" window. Alternatively, press the shortcut [Ctrl]+[F3].
-
"New Reminder Ctrl+F4":
opens the "Create New Reminder" window. Alternatively, press the shortcut [Ctrl]+[F4].
-
"New Notification Ctrl+F5":
opens the "Create New Notification" window. Alternatively, press the shortcut [Ctrl]+[F5].
-
"New Urgent Task Ctrl+F6":
opens the "Create New Urgent Task" window. Alternatively, press the shortcut [Ctrl]+[F6].

"Complete Task Ctrl+F7":
Select a task for a document and click this option to open the "Automatically Send Feedback to Client" window or press the shortcut [Ctrl]+[F7].
If no automatic feedback is requested, the task will be marked as completed and will no longer be displayed. If a note is selected in the "Tasks and Notes" window, the "Complete Task" menu item will be disabled.
The Menu Item "Files / Folders"
Click on the menu item "Files / Folders" to open the drop-down menu, which consists of only the following option.

"Management F3":
opens the "File and Folder Management" window. Alternatively, press the key [F3].
The Menu Item "Desk"
Click on the menu item "Desk" to open a drop-down menu with the following options:

"Take Over Representation":
opens the "Take Over Representation" window.

"Turn Off External View":
You have taken over representation for another user. Click this option to display your own desk again.

"Refresh F5":
refreshes the desk. Alternatively, press the key [F5].
-
"Process Management F7":
opens the "Process Management" window. Alternatively, press the key [F7].
-
"Search Profile Management F8":
opens the "Search Profile Management" window. Alternatively, press the key [F8].
The Menu Item "View"
Click on the menu item "View" to open a drop-down menu with the following options:

"Document Preview":
opens the "Document Preview" window. Click this menu item again to close the "Document Preview" window.

"Desk of <Username>":
The "Desk" is always displayed. Therefore, this option is disabled.
-
"LEXolution.DMS Import":
opens the "LEXolution.DMS Import" window. Click this menu item again to close the window.
-
"Tasks and Notes":
opens the "Tasks and Notes" window. Click this menu item again to close the window.
-
"Document List":
The document list is always displayed. Therefore, this menu item is disabled.
-
"Document Data":
opens the "Document Data" window. Click this menu item again to close the "Document Data" window. No data can be entered in the "Document Data" window.

"Show Sidebar":
opens the sidebar. Alternatively, use the shortcut [Alt]+[F1]. The sidebar cannot be closed via this menu item. Use the button (Close Sidebar) in the sidebar.

"Toolbars":
toggles the toolbars for quick search and the start bar for additional applications on or off.
The Menu Item "Window"
Click on the menu item "Window" to open a drop-down menu with the following options:

"System Layouts":
opens a submenu to select a system layout as the window layout.
-
"Save System Layouts...":
saves your current window layout as a system layout. The "Save Layout" window opens.
The user logged into STP Documents must be assigned the role of system administrator through a group to manage system layouts.

"Delete System Layouts …":
opens the "Delete Window Layouts" window.
The user logged into STP Documents must be assigned the role of system administrator through a group to manage system layouts.

"My Layouts":
Click this to select a layout you have saved as the window layout.
-
"Save Layouts …":
opens the "Save Layout" window.
-
"Delete Layouts …":
opens the "Delete Window Layouts" window.

"Load Document List Layout":
Click this to select a document list layout you have saved as the current document list layout.

"Save Document List Layouts …":
opens the "Save Document List Layout" window.

"Manage Document List Layouts …":
opens the "Manage Document List Layout" window.
The Menu Item "?"
Click on the menu item "?" to open a drop-down menu with the following options:

"User Manual":
opens the user manual online.

"Remote Maintenance":
starts the Netviewer program for a remote maintenance session.

"Product Information":
opens the "Product Information" window.

"stp Marketplace":
You will be automatically redirected to the stp one Marketplace.
