The "Document Data" window displays the index data of the document most recently selected in the document list. The file, folder, and document data can vary depending on the chosen file or folder type.
"Document Data" Section
This section displays information such as title, date of writing, date in/out, mail route, is template, comment, and metadata defined for the document in the file or folder type.
"File or Folder Data" Section
This section lists information such as file status, designation, client, court case number, internal case number, opponent, case handler, attorney, opponent's attorney, opponent's case number, court, department, and other metadata defined in the theme designer for the file or folder.
Only metadata with assigned values are displayed in the "Document Data" window. Metadata without assigned values are not listed.

Multiple Selection
If you have selected more than one document in the document list, the metadata of the most recently selected or clicked document is displayed.
The Toolbar of the "Document Data" Window
Edit Displayed Document Data Button
- opens the "Edit Document Data" window to edit the displayed index data. The document data of other documents selected in the document list will not be changed.
Copy Index Data Button
- copies the index data displayed in the "Document Data" window.
- The transfer of index data occurs in the "Edit Document Data" window. Click the Paste Cached Index Data Button to do so.
- Please note that when copying index data, the "Document Data" window always displays the index data of the document most recently clicked in the document list during multiple selection.
- Select only one document in the document list if you want to copy the index data of a document.
The buttons described in the following sections are disabled for all documents not associated with a Winsolvenz p4 type file.
Winsolvenz.p4 version 6.4 or higher must be installed on the workstation or terminal server.
Winsolvenz.p4 can only be launched from STP Documents using the Create Letter, Show Procedure, Create Mass Claim, and Create Debtor Claim buttons if winsolvenz.p4 has been started and configured at least once by the logged-in Windows user.
During the first start of winsolvenz.p4, the connection to the winsolvenz.p4 server is established, and necessary entries for communication with STP Documents are written to the registry.
This must be done once for each Windows user who logs into the computer.
Create Letter Button
- is only activated when the document data of a winsolvenz.p4 document is displayed.
- Click this button to open the "Letter Manager" window in winsolvenz.p4.
- If needed, winsolvenz.p4 will open, and you can log in as usual. If winsolvenz.p4 is not installed on the computer, you will receive an error message.
Show Procedure Button
- is only activated when the document data of a winsolvenz.p4 document is displayed.
- Click the button to open the "File in winsolvenz.p4" window. The procedure from the "Document Data" window in STP Documents will be displayed.
- If needed, winsolvenz.p4 will open, and you can log in as usual. If winsolvenz.p4 is not installed on the computer, you will receive an error message.
Create Mass Claim Button
is only activated when the document data of a winsolvenz.p4 document is displayed.
Click the button to open the "Creditor/Mass" window in winsolvenz.p4. If needed, winsolvenz.p4 will start.

The following document data must be assigned to the document selected in the document list:
- Participant Name
- Participant Function Creditor
- Invoice Number
A winsolvenz.p4 opened in the background will not be displayed in the foreground when you create a mass claim or a debtor claim from STP Documents. Manually switch to winsolvenz.p4 to edit the newly created mass or debtor claim.
A mass claim can be created for a document if the assigned participant has the participant function Creditor.
This condition is not checked by STP Documents. However, no matching records are found in winsolvenz.p4.
You will receive an error message after clicking the Create Mass Claim or Create Debtor Claim buttons if no participant name or invoice number is assigned to the selected document.
Whether the procedure assigned to the document exists in winsolvenz.p4 is not checked.
If multiple documents are selected in the document list, Create Mass Claim or Create Debtor Claim will be executed with the document data of the most recently selected document.
Create Debtor Claim Button
is only activated when the document data of a winsolvenz.p4 document is displayed.
Click the button to open the "Assets/Debtors" window in winsolvenz.p4. If needed, winsolvenz.p4 will start.

The following document data must be assigned to the document selected in the document list:
- Participant Name
- Participant Function Debtor
- Invoice Number
A winsolvenz.p4 opened in the background will not be displayed in the foreground when you create a mass claim or a debtor claim from STP Documents. Manually switch to winsolvenz.p4 to edit the newly created mass or debtor claim.
A debtor claim can be created for a document if the assigned participant has the participant function Debtor.
This condition is not checked by STP Documents. However, no matching records are found in winsolvenz.p4.
You will receive an error message after clicking the Create Mass Claim or Create Debtor Claim buttons if no participant name or invoice number is assigned to the selected document.
Whether the procedure assigned to the document exists in winsolvenz.p4 is not checked.
If multiple documents are selected in the document list, Create Mass Claim or Create Debtor Claim will be executed with the document data of the most recently selected document.
