Before you can work with STP Documents, it must be installed on your computer. STP Documents can also be installed on a terminal server.
Starting STP Documents
The user logged into Windows must be configured in the Central User Management (ZBV). If you want the standard DESK to start without a login dialog, the Active Directory checkbox must be enabled for the user in the ZBV.
To start STP Documents, follow these steps:
Start the standard DESK by double-clicking the STP Documents icon on your desktop.
User and group management is handled through the Central User Management (ZBV).
The server connection configuration is done during the first start of STP Documents using the installation program LEXolution.DMS Client Setup.exe.
User-specific server connection configurations and the option to configure more than one server connection per user are no longer supported.
Use the password stored in the ZBV to log in.
If the Service Bus detects more than one server, a server connection can be selected.
