Terms
Document Marked for Deletion
The document is set to be deleted and has been marked for deletion in the document list. In the document management system, you can delete documents marked for deletion or remove the deletion mark.
Locked Document
A document is locked for editing. Only administrators or the user who locked the document can remove this lock. In the document management system, you can unlock documents.
Finalized Document
Finalized documents can no longer be edited. Only the document's metadata can still be edited. In the document management system, you can remove the finalization from documents.
