In the "Home" ribbon of Outlook, you'll find the "LEXolution.DMS" group, which contains two buttons.
Button Import to a File
If you have selected one or more emails in the list for export from Outlook, the STP Documents import window will open.
An email that has already been imported can be imported again. A notification will appear in the import window indicating that the email has already been imported.
Note
There is another button for importing files in the search mask. It's useful if you have minimized the ribbon.
Button Open DMS
The DMS Pro Client will open.
