Download Area
All downloads for STP Documents are password protected.
The delivery databases can only be downloaded by employees of STP Informationstechnologie GmbH.
To reinstall STP Documents, download the following files from the download area of STP Informationstechnologie:
- STP_UpdaterServerSetup.zip
- STPCommonServices.zip
- LEXolution.DMS_Server.zip
- LEXolution.DMS_Standard_DESK.zip
- LEXolution.DMS_Client_App_Service.zip
- LEXolution.DMS_Outlook_DESK.zip
- LEXolution.DMS_Office_Integration.zip
Extract the directories and files contained in the zip file to a local directory.
Delivery Database
The database for managing documents, files, folders, and associated metadata is installed by the service of STP Informationstechnologie AG or by your consultant.
STP User Management
When backing up the STP Documents database, the database for STP User Management must also be backed up. When restoring the STP Documents database, the database for STP User Management must also be overwritten with the backed-up version.
You can find the database file CommonData.db in the directory C:\ProgramData\STP AG\STP UserManagement.
