Document List Layouts

You can save, manage, and retrieve document list layouts for the document list. Use the following options under the "Window" menu in the main menu of STP Documents:

The arrangement of columns, sorting, and grouping are saved.

Save Document List Layout

Click this option to open the "Save Layout" window. In the Name input field, you can enter a name for the document list layout. Click the Save Button to save the document list layout.

As a system administrator, you can make document list layouts available to all users. To do this, check the box for all users in the "Save Document List Layout" window.

Load Document List Layout

Click this option to select one of the existing document list layouts.

Manage Document List Layout

  • Click this option to open the "Manage Document List Layouts" window.
  • Select a document list layout and click the Edit Document List Layout Button to change the name.
  • Select a document list layout and click the Delete Document List Layout Button to delete the document list layout.
  • Click the Apply Data Button to save changes without closing the window.
  • Click the Save Button to save changes and close the window.
  • Click the Cancel Button to close the window.
  • If you click the Cancel Button and there are unsaved changes, you will receive the following message:

You have not saved the changes yet.

Discard Button Save Button Cancel Button

  • Click the Discard Button to close the window without saving.
  • Click the Save Button to save changes and close the window.
  • Click the Cancel Button to return to the original window.

Quick Select Layout

Click this button to apply one of the existing document list layouts as the current layout.

The Quick Select Layout Button is located at the top left, next to the document list.
