Button (Automatic Suggestions for File/Register Selection)
A list of automatically generated suggestions for file/register selection is displayed, depending on the file involvement of the sender/recipient. Select the appropriate suggestion by double-clicking to fill in the File and Register fields in the search mask.
Note
The function can be managed in the Personal Settings (Controls).
Button (Refresh)
The File and Register fields will be cleared again as long as no import has occurred.
If a DMS import has occurred and the Button (Edit) does not automatically activate immediately, you can update the processing status of the email.
If the assignment has been made via the File and Register fields, click the button (Import to a File). Alternatively, click the Button Import to a File in the "LEXolution.DMS" group of the ribbon.
In both cases, the import window opens, where the File and Register fields are already filled in.
