Note
This chapter is not relevant for all users of STP Documents. Hiding the DMS components in Outlook is only necessary for users of a 32-bit version of MS Outlook.
There are several ways to disable the DMS components (Commander, document list, and preview) in the Outlook DESK:
- Firm settings in the Standard DESK
- Personal settings in the Outlook DESK
- Settings in the DMS Pro Client
Note
For all options: After changing the setting, you must restart Microsoft Outlook twice. Only then will the changed settings be evaluated.
