Configure Office Integration

Advanced configuration options for the logged-in Windows user are available in the sidebar of a DMS document checked out from the document list. Click the Button (Settings) in the "LEXolution.DMS" section at the bottom left to open the user-specific settings for the LEXolution.DMS Office Integration Add-In.

The settings opened from the "LEXolution.DMS" section of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents archived in STP Documents are displayed in the LEXolution.DMS Client Tray App in the sections

  • Office Integration (no settings available)
  • LSB Connections
  • Hostname
    • Port
    • RabbitMQ Username
    • RabbitMQ Password

are displayed.


Note
Changes in the sections are only applied to the current user.


General

Click the Set as Default App button to configure Outlook DESK as the default app for processing links.


Note
To configure the standard DESK as the default app for processing links again, click the Set as Default App button in the "General" section of the standard DESK's own settings.
