STP Documents can be used as an archive system for STP Lexolution (formerly LEXolution.KMS). For details, refer to the manuals for STP Lexolution.
Case File
The topic KMSAkte defines the file data for the case file type and the document data that can be assigned to a document in a file of the case file type.
File Data
All file data is imported from STP Lexolution and cannot be changed in STP Documents.
Edit Document Data
The selection or input fields Document Type, Written by/to and Document Number can only be edited in STP Documents. The document type is imported from STP Lexolution.
Migration
The migration of data, templates, and documents from the file storage system of STP Lexolution to the archive of STP Documents is carried out through a dedicated application.
