Any user can create files.
Any user with read access to the file, either individually or through a group, can view file data, registers, and file references, but cannot edit them.
Any user with write access to the file, either individually or through a group, can edit file data, registers, and file references.
Any user with full access to the file, either individually or through a group, can grant access rights to the file. They can edit file data, registers, and file references.

You must be assigned the role of File Administrator through a group to edit the numbering of a file's register structure and to use the functions Assign Register Structure Multiple Times and Assign Access Rights Multiple Times.
Access rights to files and folders can be granted in the "Access Rights" step in the "Edit File or Folder Data" window.
Grant access rights to files and folders.

Change the access right for the group Everyone to Read or Modify, or remove the group from the "Authorized" section.
Grant a group (e.g., Administrators) full access rights.

Preferably grant access rights to groups rather than individual users.
Avoid assigning access rights to documents whenever possible. Full access for the group Everyone on the document will then be overridden by the file's access rights.

If no access rights are assigned, the group Everyone has full access to the file.
Access rights assigned to a file or folder override broader access rights to a document within the file or folder.
At least one user or group must be granted full access to the file.
