Send Documents from the Document List via Email
- Right-click on the document in the document list that you want to send via email.
- Select "Send to" > "Mail…" from the context menu.
You can select multiple documents in the document list and then choose "Send to" > "Mail…" from the context menu. All selected documents will be attached to the email.
On a terminal server, you need to start your email program once and keep it open in the background. As long as the email program is open in the background, you can use the "Send as Mail…" function from the context menu of the STP Documents document list.

Can't send documents via email?
A process Outlook.exe is still running in the background and hasn't been properly closed.
- Start the Windows Task Manager.
- Switch to the "Processes" tab.
- Select the Outlook.exe process.
- Click the End Process button.
