The following task types are already set up in STP Documents:
- Result Report
- Notification
- Follow-up
- Standard.
To manage the task types, please follow these steps:
- Start the task management.
- Click the Manage Task Types button.
The "Manage Task Types" window will open.
New Task Type
- Open the "Manage Task Types" window.
- Click the New Task Type button.
- Enter a name for the task type.
- Confirm your name entry with the [Enter] key.
- In the "Details for Selected Task Type" section, enter a description for the task type.
- Click the Save button.
- Click the Close button.
Edit Task Type
- Open the "Manage Task Types" window.
- Select the task type you want to edit from the "Available Task Types" section.
- In the "Details for Selected Task Type" section, change the name and description.
- Click the Save button.
- Click the Close button.
