Payment Orders

You can generate transfers in Lexolution and export them via SEPA to forward them using your online banking program.

The transfers go through the execution statuses of Planned > Executed > Confirmed. The status Executed is automatically assigned during the SEPA export. The status Confirmed should be assigned by you once the transfer has been recorded in Lexolution. The status Not Confirmed shows you the planned and executed transfers.

You can decide for each transfer from which of your firm accounts the transfer should be made. You can also use the Ribbon > Bank Connection Button to assign multiple bank connections to various selected transfers.

The numerous filters in the ribbon are designed for the convenient processing and finding of your transfers.

You can copy any transfer (Ribbon > Copy Button) and edit the copy.

Manual Transfer

You can record a manual transfer. Use the three-dot button to search for and enter a Lexolution contact.

Case Account and Case Account Balance List

You can generate transfers for the client funds balance as well as the balance of tax-free expenses (positive amount in client funds / EA tax-free expense) of a case. The case, type of payment, and amount are pre-filled. Existing payment orders are taken into account, and the amounts contained therein are deducted.

SEPA Export

Filter the complete transfers by bank connection and Planned status and export them. Only transfers from a firm bank connection can be written to the SEPA file. Before a SEPA file can be created, a data analysis is automatically performed. This checks the completeness of the client data and the payment transaction data for the following possible errors:

  • Amount greater than zero
  • Recipient name present
  • IBAN correct
  • BIC correct (only for German banks)
  • Purpose of use present

Context Menu

You can use the context menu, for example, of a client fund entry to switch to the already created transfers.
