Open the Edit Document Data Window

The "Edit Document Data" window can be opened from the document list and from the document data itself.

Edit Document Data (Document List)

• Select the document in the document list whose index data you want to edit. Right-click to open the context menu.
• Click on "Edit Document Data…".

Multiple Selection

If you have selected more than one document in the document list, you can change the common document data for all selected documents.

Existing document data will be overwritten in the process.

Edit Displayed Data (Document Data)

• Select the document in the document list whose index data you want to edit, and switch to the "Document Data" window.
• Click on the Edit Displayed Document Data button.

Note
Individual document data can be copied from the window.

Multiple Selection in the Document List

If you have selected more than one document in the document list, the document data of the most recently selected document will be displayed.

You only change the document data displayed in the "Document Data" window. The document data of all other selected documents will not be changed.
