You can assign custom employee statuses and allocate them on the tab Employee > History. Each employee status must be linked to a system status: Attorney (employed), Other Employee, or Partner.
The system status is required for partner allocation under Employee > Partner Allocation and the bookmark Gross Total Amount (Attorney by Status).
In the column Exclude from Revenue Distribution, you can specify that employees with a certain status are not considered in the revenue distribution. If the checkbox is checked and an employee with this status has recorded time in a file and is not the HVRA in the file, then the revenue is automatically distributed to the HVRA.
