In the dunning configuration, you can set the dunning levels and age categories you use. The age category marks all invoices based on their age. Dunning levels are used to manually increase the dunning level when sending a reminder to the client, to document the creation and sending of the letter.
Lexolution provides you with suggested values here, which can be changed.
Dunning Levels
Enter dunning levels with a description. These will then be available to you in the dunning list through the Set Dunning Level function.
Age Category
Enter an invoice age in days and assign an abbreviation for this entry, e.g., abbreviation A for the invoice age of 30 days. Lexolution marks all invoices whose invoice date is more than 30 days old.
