Mandatory Entries

To support the requirements of the BRAO effective from 08/01/2022, it is possible to configure mandatory fields for creating files in Lexolution.
In this view, you can specify for the file, clients, opponents, and other parties whether inputs like the subject of the mandate, legal form, a representative, and a contact person are necessary to create a file in Lexolution.

For verification, the date (file creation date) can be set from which the check should apply when saving the file (new creation, editing).

Additionally, it can be specified whether property lists, which are globally stored as mandatory entries for the files, should apply from the set date.

The verification for representatives and contact persons for clients, opponents, and all other parties is now selectable separately for authorities.

For the new "Mandatory Entries" view, the following new functional rights are available:

• 8007 – "Mandatory Entries – read"
• 8008 – "Mandatory Entries – edit"
