FoMa – Posting
This function is available when the file has been transferred to Ikaros and opens the dialog "Post Payments to Claims Management." You can transfer deposits of third-party funds and their reversals, as well as payments of direct expenses and their reversals, from the case account to a claims file in Ikaros.
Dialog: Post Payments to Claims Management
In the "Selected Entry" section, the selected payment entry is displayed.
In the "FoMa Process" field, select a process from the list to determine the posting in Lexolution.FoMa. For third-party funds, you can select payment types, and for direct expenses, you can select the type of cost.
In the File or Subfile field, select the files or a subfile from Lexolution.FoMa.
In the "Prioritized Main Claims" table, specify in the Priority column the order in which payments are distributed across multiple main claims. Enter a number for this. Posting starts with the lowest number.
