In the Calendar view, you can create, edit, and delete appointments.

An appointment can be linked to a file and/or a contact. Assigning an employee is mandatory.

Each appointment type you configure (e.g., Court Appointment, General Appointment) can offer several appointment options. The Court Appointment type is highlighted in bronze for better visibility and marked with an icon. Multiple contacts and employees can be assigned to each appointment through the Add/Remove list. The Adopt Address button is used to transfer a contact address into the location field. Please note that currently only addresses marked as VCard can be transferred. For example, you can transfer a client's address into the appointment for a meeting at their location.

The time details are pre-filled with the current date and time. By default, the All Day checkbox is selected. If you uncheck it, you can enter start and end times for an appointment.

You can add an External File Number if you have previously added the associated file participant as a contact to the appointment.

Appointments can be conveniently created by switching from the file, the file participant, the file manager, the contact, or the employee. This has the advantage that the file, contact, or employee is already pre-filled.
