Post-Processing
This is where the post-processing of times recorded and transferred via Lexolution.TIME takes place.
Complete time entries from Lexolution.TIME are immediately transferred as activity entries and can be found under [su label type="info"]Performance Recording > Times[/su label] for an employee/to a file. For file-related activities, duration, type of service, and the file are mandatory criteria for a complete time entry.
When transferring times from Lexolution.TIME to Lexolution, seconds are rounded to the nearest full minute.
Incomplete time entries from Lexolution.TIME are displayed in the list under Times Lexolution.TIME, and you can complete these entries. Once a time entry is completed, it disappears from the list and reappears in the times for the file/employee. You can configure time entries with employees who are not yet responsible for files to be saved as complete time entries. To do this, you must first set under Administration > Professional Administration (Services) > General Settings (Services) with what responsibility the employees should automatically be added to the respective file. If times are recorded in Lexolution.TIME on rejected or completed files, they will be displayed under Times Lexolution.TIME even if they are complete. They can then be reassigned to another file or deleted.
If times are recorded in Lexolution.TIME on files whose conflict check status is still in progress (Status: Action Required, Review Required, Action Aborted, In Progress), the times, even if complete, will be displayed under Times Lexolution.TIME for further processing.
Using the All Employees button in the Times Lexolution.TIME view, you can post-process times across employees regardless of proxy rights.
Enable Batch Validation and Transfer
This function allows multiple selected incomplete time entries to be re-checked. After successful validation, they are available in the Times view for further processing.
The data is checked and processed for the following cases:
- For time entries where responsibility is empty, the responsibility from the employee's responsibility on the file is automatically added, if available.
- For time entries without a type of service, the validity of the type of service for the file of the time entry is re-checked.
- When using the "Check KFC Status" option for performance recording, a valid status of the conflict check is re-checked.
