Here, you can provide custom categorizations including abbreviations and descriptions for files, such as "ZV-Enforcement" for enforcement files or "SE-Seminar Files" for files created for seminars.
You can assign as many categories as you like to a file. The category can also be used to filter reports.
You can specify in the file category (Excluded from KFC) that this will automatically check the option Exclude from conflict check on the Conflict Potential tab.
Through the list selection, you can lock and allow entries. Only the allowed (active) list entries will be offered for selection in the KMS system.
