Word Templates

The Word templates are used for managing letterheads in word processing. The starting point is the assumption that you have a set of letterhead, memo, and phone note templates that are independent of Lexolution, located on the firm's drive, and accessible to all employees. You can integrate these templates by creating a new template designation in Lexolution and linking it to the firm's template file. You can select the templates through the Word entry point via New from Template or through the Lexolution entry point when creating an invoice. In the Word Template Management in Lexolution, you can set a default template for your documents (Default for Documents).

If your firm uses location-specific letterheads, they can be distinguished by selecting the location. To further speed up invoice creation, you should specify the invoice letterheads as Default for Invoices.

By clicking the Open Document button, the template opens, allowing you to make the desired adjustments to the document structure and the text markers used.
