In this view, professional titles, such as "Specialist Lawyer for Information Technology Law," can be configured. Along with the abbreviation, a designation must be provided, which will be displayed in the selection list in the employee view, independent of the translation. Translations can be entered in the lower section. The system then inserts the appropriate translation in the Profession: Title placeholder according to the file language. If no translations are configured, the system inserts the designation into the placeholder.
Through the list selection, you can block and allow entries. Only the allowed (active) list entries are offered for selection in the KMS system.
