Start Task Lists

Select a template for a task list from the drop-down menu in the Task List field.

Example view of a drop-down menu with a selection of task lists:

The folders with the task list templates are displayed in alphabetical order in the directory. STP Documents shows the available templates indented within the folders. The colored icons before the task list template names indicate their type.

Select by clicking with the mouse.

Note
The selection of task list templates is created and maintained in the Kanzleieinstellungen. You can learn more about this in the Task Management chapter.

Note
Please note the Search field above the expanded directory. You can use it to search for the required task list, which is especially useful for very extensive selections of task list templates.

After selecting a task list template, STP Documents automatically displays its type in the corresponding field.
