Starting Task Lists

In the Task List field's drop-down menu, select a template for a task list.

Example view of a drop-down menu showing a collection of task lists:

The folders containing the task list templates are displayed in alphabetical order in the directory. STP Documents shows the available templates within the folders as indented entries. The colored icons next to the task list template names indicate their type.

Make your selection by clicking with the mouse.

Note
The collection of task list templates is created and maintained in the firm settings. For more information, refer to the Task Management chapter.

Note
Please note the Search field above the expanded directory. You can use it to search for the task list you need, which is especially recommended when working with a very large collection of task list templates.

After selecting a task list template, STP Documents automatically displays its type in the corresponding field.
