This is where your deadlines and reminders are displayed. The deadlines and reminders to be processed are divided into the time frames Today, 7 Days, 14 Days, and Custom.
By default, the logged-in user is set as the filter criterion. You can select another employee through the Delegation option in the ribbon filter to view and edit their deadlines and reminders. The selection of employees is based on those assigned to you under Office > Employees > Delegation. You can enter the employee by their initials.
Today
This view shows deadlines and reminders that are due today or were due in the past for the selected employee.
7 Days
This view shows deadlines and reminders that are due in the next 7 days for the selected employee.
14 Days
This view shows deadlines and reminders that are due in the next 14 days for the selected employee.
Custom
In this view, you can filter deadlines and reminders for a custom period. If you don't enter a period, all deadlines and reminders due for the selected employee will be displayed. You have a deadlines and reminders report available. The report is generated with the data you have filtered that is visible in the list.
Deadline Control
In this view, you can display and edit the deadlines and reminders of all employees at a location. Additionally, the deadlines and reminders of a specific employee can be displayed. You have a deadlines and reminders report available. The report is generated with the data you have filtered that is visible in the list.
Appointments > Calendar
You can also display deadlines and reminders in the calendar view under Appointments > Calendar > Ribbon > Display Filter.
