This report view shows at the file level whether the recorded tax-free expenses have already been settled or if parts, for example, still need to be settled and possibly reclassified as expenses. The view is intended to ensure that tax-free expenses are treated as pass-through items.
The object list in the Expenses view has been expanded to include the "Booked" column. In this column, you can track whether the recorded tax-free expenses have already been booked.
When filing, all tax-free expenses must be settled or written off.
