You can define custom fields for cases, contacts, and representation relationships for your firm. This allows you to quickly and easily expand Lexolution.KMS with fields you need. The custom properties and associated values are recorded on the Property List tab for the case, individuals, organizations, authorities, and representation relationships. For example, you can add the property "Fee Agreement" to a case to ensure that your staff fills this field with values specified by the firm. Each property contains a list of entries that can be selected for the case/contact.
Through assignments in the property, you choose whether the new property can be added to the case and/or the contact. By checking the box in the Mandatory column, you determine that the property must be filled out as a required field to save the case/contact.
By checking the box in the Multiple Selection column, you determine that the same property can be added with different values.
