Case Account

Case Account

The case account reflects the financial relationship between the law firm and the client, specific to the case. It provides a view of case-related invoices, credits, cancellations, third-party funds, and direct expenses.

Advance invoices are marked in the Advance column. Transactions cannot be posted or changed directly in the case account. It is simply a convenient view of the financial accounting for the case. This ensures consistent financial and case accounting. Please also read the chapter on Accounting.

At the bottom of the case account, you can see the revenue and balance of the case at the time of the selected record in the list. By selecting a row in the case account, the balance and revenue up to that entry are calculated and displayed.

Filter

You can filter by time period and booking period.

FoMa - Posting
