Users can belong to one or more user groups.
In user management, all employees must be registered with
Windows usernames so that automated login can occur based on the Windows login.
The Lexolution users created in user management must be linked with
an employee from Firm > Employees to use program functions like time tracking.
If a Lexolution user should no longer have access to the system, they can be deactivated by unchecking Active User.
The user STPAdmin is a system entry for creating inactivity reminders and generating the evaluation database.
