Contacts can be linked through the relationship type Association. Under the Association menu, you can see all contacts that belong to an association. It also shows whether the contact represents the parent company of an association. Additional contact information is visible in the quick info.
By selecting a contact, you can view the associated group as a list using the Show Association button or visually display it in an association graphic using the Show Association Graph button.
After displaying the association graphic, you can change its layout using the Relayout button. Further customization of the graphic is possible by selecting and moving individual contacts with the mouse. The displayed association graphic can then be copied to the clipboard, allowing it to be inserted into other Windows products.
When performing a conflict check on a file, the check is automatically extended to the entire association of the contact being checked.
