Salutations and Forms of Address

Under Administration / General / Letter Salutations and Greeting Formulas you can configure the letter salutations and greeting formulas.
Please insert the placeholders for title, first name, and last name in square brackets in the greeting formula, so that the fields can later be correctly filled in the document bookmarks.

Example:

Greeting formula: Dear Ms. Colleague <Title> <First Name> <Last Name>,

Output text for letter salutation: Ms. Attorney
