Claims Files in Lexolution.FoMa

FoMa - Create

This feature lets you transfer files from Lexolution to Lexolution.FoMa to manage a claims account there. Related data objects are created in Lexolution.FoMa if they don't already exist, or updated if they do. Updates to related data objects happen when the data object itself is changed.

Requirements for Transferring a File:

• All required fields in Lexolution must be filled out.
• The file status must be In Progress.
• There must be a file manager with the responsibility type FoMa Case Handler.
  The file manager must be linked to a user.
  The employee code in Lexolution must match the user code in Lexolution.FoMa.
  The user code is shown as the username for the logged-in user.
  The user must be a valid user in Lexolution.FoMa and must have logged in there at least once.
• There must be at least one file participant with the role of Client. A client must have an address of type vCard.
• There must be at least one file participant with the role of Opponent.

In Lexolution.FoMa, the contact is assigned as creditor or debtor depending on its use. In Ikaros, a contact can be either a creditor or a debtor.

Clients are contacts and are transferred as creditors.
The client with the lowest participant ID in the file is set as the creditor for the file. For additional clients, a contact reference of type Joint Creditor (GG) is defined. The file reference is included.
If clients are added to the file in Ikaros after the initial transfer, the claims files are not updated automatically.

Opponents are contacts and are transferred as debtors.
If there are multiple opponents, they are transferred as joint debtors, and a main file as a collective file is created, along with a sub-file for each debtor.
If additional clients or opponents are added to the file in Ikaros after the initial transfer, the claims files are not updated automatically.

Debtor-related information, such as the date of the statutory declaration, can be stored in Lexolution under the FoMa Data tab for the contact. This information is also passed on to Lexolution.FoMa.

When saving a file in Lexolution that has been transferred to Lexolution.FoMa, the data is updated there. Archiving files in Lexolution does not trigger any changes to the file in Lexolution.FoMa.

FoMa - Delete

This feature removes the link between the file in Lexolution and the file in Lexolution.FoMa. The files are unlinked. The file in Lexolution.FoMa is not deleted. The external identification in Lexolution.FoMa remains.
If you run the FoMa - Create function again in Lexolution, the link is restored and the data is updated.
