In this view, employee professions, such as "Lawyer," can be configured. In addition to the abbreviation, a designation must be provided, which will be displayed in the selection list in the employee view, regardless of the translation. Translations can be entered in the lower section. The system then inserts the corresponding translation into the Profession placeholder according to the file language. If no translations are configured, the system inserts the designation into the placeholder.
Through the list selection, you can lock and allow entries. Only the allowed (active) list entries are offered for selection in the KMS system.
