Versions 2024

  • In the new "Calendar" menu item, you can create calendars that can be considered when calculating a deadline or resubmission date in workflows. In a calendar, you can define regular working days as well as non-working days. (Id Ferber: 36161)

• 2024.1 P01.00 ZVFV
  • A mandatory requirement for performing the update is IKAROS version 2024.1 Patch 1, 2024.1 Patch 2, or 2024.1 Patch 3. The supplementary patch level of this version is irrelevant for this update.
  • The update includes a technical check that allows the update to be performed in a production environment no earlier than 09/17/2026.
    • Please note: The law for further digitalization in enforcement comes into effect on 10/01/2026 and does not provide for any transition periods.
    • A possible way to handle the lack of a transition period would be to temporarily stop creating new orders and applications shortly before the deadline, hand them over to the courts, and only then apply the update in the production environment. This ensures that the new forms are not used too early and the previous forms are not used for too long.
  • Includes the adjustments from the third ordinance amending the Enforcement Forms Ordinance (announced on 05/13/2026 in the Federal Law Gazette (BGBl. 2026 I No. 132)).

    • Law for further digitalization in enforcement and changes to the ZVFV forms. Some standard settings for the enforcement forms in IKAROS are adjusted to implement the law for further digitalization in enforcement and the third ordinance amending the Enforcement Forms Ordinance.     • Support for digital application of all enforcement measures. Therefore, the other title processes (T002 to T006) as well as T01K and T06K in IKAROS now have the document type "Enforcement Title" and the new process templates NA02 - Certificate of Service and NA03 - Proof of Legal Succession, to attach documents to the process (See Ferber Help ID: fs_8ca98b3a9b4c).

    • Typo in the XV03 process: In the application for the issuance of a garnishment order and a garnishment and transfer order, a spelling error was corrected: “Contact details of the applicant” (two “l” instead of three). (Id Ferber: 113056)

    • Module C is not displayed for VG01. To provide information about the time of dispatch of the enforcement title, the possible answers can be controlled via a dialog and are transferred accordingly to the form. (Id Ferber: 114591)

      • In the ZVFV forms for Pfüb, bailiff, and judicial search, the location from the UDF of the file is now used.
      • In PfÜB (VP01), the dialog for Module C is now displayed for sending titles to the court when submitting a hybrid application. (Id Ferber: 112678)
      • There are 2 parameters in the system settings to define the value threshold for the jurisdiction of the courts, which determines whether a district court or regional court should be specified in the court order process. (Id Ferber: 111592)

KostBRÄG for IKAROS Versions 2023.1

• As part of the Cost and Caregiver Compensation Law Amendment Act (KostBRÄG 2025), new versions of cost tables are required.
  For this, seven standard cost tables G, GKG, G2111, IKU, IKU_K, RA, and RA_K will each be provided in a new version effective from 06/01/2025.
• However, PfÜB will only use this cost table starting from IKAROS versions 2024.1, 2022.2 Patch 5; 2023.1 Patch 3, and the ZVFV special package “ZVFV 20240822” (August 2024).
  In previous versions, the court costs (22.00 EUR) are fixed in the module “Fs.Standard.Forms.Pfueb”. If you have not yet installed one of the mentioned updates or the ZVFV package, you must ensure by configuration that from 06/01/2025, the fixed amount of 22.00 EUR from the module is overridden by the current amount (24.00 EUR). Direct editing of the custom code module is not possible.
